1. About the Platform

Winpoint.gg is a free-to-play esports prediction platform where users predict the outcomes of CS2 matches and earn points based on correct predictions. Points are used to rank users on weekly leaderboards.

Winpoint.gg does not offer gambling, betting, or real-money wagering.

2. Eligibility

To use Winpoint.gg, you must:

• Have a valid user account
• Comply with these Terms & Conditions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Winpoint.gg reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. How Predictions & Points Work

• Users earn points for correctly predicting CS2 match winners.
• Points determine placement on weekly leaderboards.
• Leaderboard ranking is determined by:
  • Total points earned
  • Number of correct picks
  • Total number of picks made

Winpoint.gg may adjust point values, rules, or formats at any time.

4. Leaderboards & Prizes

• Leaderboards are hosted on a weekly basis.
• Prizes are awarded based on final leaderboard placement.
• Prizes are sent within 48 hours after the leaderboard ends via Steam trade offer.
• To receive prizes, users must:
  • Have a valid Steam account linked
  • Set their Steam inventory to Public
  • Be able to receive Steam trade offers

Winpoint.gg is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect, private, or restricted Steam settings.

5. Winpoint Plus Membership

Winpoint Plus is an optional paid monthly membership.

Plus benefits include:

• 10% bonus on all points earned
• Access to all available matches
• Exclusive badges

Winpoint Plus does not guarantee leaderboard placement or prizes. Skill and correct predictions remain the primary factors.

6. Fair Play & Abuse

Users must not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation
• Exploit bugs or platform errors
• Create multiple accounts to gain advantage
• Engage in cheating or manipulation

Violations may result in loss of points, removal from leaderboards, suspension, or permanent ban.

7. Platform Changes

Winpoint.gg reserves the right to:

• Modify rules, features, scoring, or prizes
• Pause or discontinue the platform
• Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of updated terms.

8. No Warranty

The Platform is provided "as is". Winpoint.gg does not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of match data, or availability of features at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

Winpoint.gg is not liable for:

• Lost points or rankings
• Missed prizes due to user error
• Steam-related issues beyond our control
• Temporary downtime or technical issues
